Black Eyed Peas broadcast online using 3G mobile videophones
Thursday December 1st 2005 - During their European tour starting today, The Black Eyed Peas will be the first band in the world to have their own web based video diary recorded from 3G (3rd generation) mobile video phones.
The band members will use their 3G videophones to make video calls to www.blackeyedpeas.com, so that they can take their fans from around the world behind the scenes of their European tour. The content will be offered to fans free of charge.

Ralph Cohen, CEO of mobile entertainment company IceMobile, the company that developed the VideoCall2Web technology says: "Our VideoCall2Web technology is an amazing new technology and we are happy to have The Black Eyed Peas as the first to use it. VideoCall2Web is an extension of our VideoCall2TV product line, which enables end users to call in to TV programs from their 3G mobile phones."
